Q: Other web designers are asking for 3 or 4 times your prices - how can you deliver websites at such a low cost?

Having been in the business for almost 10 years, we have gained a lot of experience in the website design and development process. Not long ago, we were charging a lot more for our sites - to cover the cost of expensive on-site sales meetings, bespoke designs and custom application development.
After taking a very methodical and comprehensive review of every step in the website design process; analysing which steps are truly adding value and which steps are causing the most bottlenecks, we have developed a model which allows us to cut costs at every step of the way without compromising on quality. We have developed a streamlined express development process which requires commitment and input from both parties (we need you to tell us what your business is about!). It is this innovative new website development process which allows us to deliver top quality websites at budget prices.

Q: I want to sell my products online - do you offer e-commerce services?

To make our innovative website development process work, we concentrate on offering a 'simple but effective brochure website' design service. At this time we do not offer an e-commerce service.

Q: Do you design logos?

You've guessed it - No. We have developed a business model which allows us to deliver top quality websites at budget prices. In order to do this, we need you to supply us with an electronic copy of your logo, your content and any images that you want to have included on your site.

Q: Can I pay by cheque?

All payments are made online. For your online security, all payments are processed securely via SSL encryption through the Paypal payment process. Please note that you are not required to have a Paypal account in order to pay with Paypal – you just need to have a credit card. If you do not have a credit card please let us know and we can arrange for you to make a direct transfer of funds into our bank account.

Q: Do your prices include VAT?

Prices shown do not include VAT. VAT will be added at 15% at checkout.

Q: Are there any additional ongoing costs?

All our prices include free domain name registration and free hosting for the first year. After that, an annual maintainence charge of €150 is applicable to cover:

- Domain Name Renewal
- Hosting
- Ongoing Support
